Tom Mills was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania.  Tom always had an itch to head West.  So in 1991 he quit his job and sold most of his possessions, which wasn't much since he lost everything he owned in a 1987 fire.

He hit the road with a  few essentials, which included a camera, a mountain bike, a pair of skis, a kayak, a snowboard and a six-man toboggan.
He arrived in Park City, UT. in the Fall of 1991, and like so many others he remained in the area.  He recently moved to Midway in 2006 and still lives there today.
